Wake Technical Community College believes an athletics program offers a unique contribution to the overall college curriculum by promoting character growth and leadership development along with physical fitness and awareness of the importance of life-long physical activity, thus enhancing the overall development and educational experience of those who engage in the sports and athletic activities.
In recent years we've made an effort to showcase our athletic offerings and student-athletes. We're honored to be recognized by the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations with a 2018 Paragon Award for our 2017-2018 Women's Basketball poster design.
