RALEIGH, NC - Brian Anweiler, Athletic Director, would like to congratulate over 50 student-athletes who were recognized by the college for earning a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher during the spring semester.
Fourteen student-athletes earned a 4.0 GPA in the Spring of 2020 and additional 11 were at 3.5 or higher.
"This was a difficult term for our students and I'm proud that so many didn't lose focus on the goal," said Anweiler. "Many had their sport seasons cut short and some never started yet they continued the goal of advancing and earning a college degree."
Three sophomore student-athletes have managed to achieve high marks for their dedication to success on the field and in the classroom. Volleyball's Breelyn Clark (Honolulu, Hawaii) and baseball's Christopher Mills (Winterville, NC) and Kevin Mills (Winterville, NC) have maintained perfect GPA's during their time at Wake Tech.

In all, 748 Wake Tech students earned a place on the President's List maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0. The 937 students who made the Dean's List maintained a GPA of at least 3.5. Honor roll eligibility is based on a minimum of 12 credit hours of curriculum courses for the semester.
