Former Wake Tech Baseball standout Cole Zak earned Big East Player of the Week honors after an historic week for Seton Hall.. Zak, a redshirt junior, went 7-for-10 at the plate with 8 RBI for the Pirates.

In the series finale against Xavier this weekend, Zak hit for the cycle and recorded a season-high five RBI. 

In his only season at Wake Tech, Zak slashed .357/.424/.628, hitting six home runs and tallying 32 RBI. 

Seton Hall is 19-20 on the season and play midweek games this week against Rider and Columbia before a weekend road series against Butler.
