If you enjoy pressure defense and rapid transition to offense, then the 2016-2017 Men's basketball team is worth your time and attention.  Coach Wainwright is entering his first year as head coach and has loaded the early season with neutral site games to prepare team for a stretch of difficult conference games later in the year.

The first home game of the season is scheduled for November 19 as Wake Tech welcomes Central Carolina Community College.  There's also a trip to Chapel Hill on the schedule as Wake Tech is set to battle the UNC JV team on Saturday, January 14 before an ACC showdown featuring North Carolina versus Florida State.  The final eleven games of the season will be a demanding stretch as the Eagles face each of their conference opponents.
