Men's basketball heads into the holiday break with a lot to think about.  The Eagles were tripped up by Catawba Valley on Tuesday, December 19th by a final score of 89-84.  The loss sends Wake Tech to 5-2 in the conference and 7-5 overall.

Koraan Clemonts and Eddie Volkerts scored 30 ponits each, but contributions from the rest of the team were limited during the five point loss to the Red Hawks.

For Wake Tech, they will get ten days to celebrate the holiday and prepare for their next game.  The Eagles travel to Americus, Georgia for the South Georgia Technical College Classic which will wrap up 2017.  The Eagles face South Georgia Technical on Friday, December 29th and Wallace State Community College- Hanceville on Saturday, December 30th.
