Eagles Prepare for NJCAA DII Tournament

Sunday morning came early for Wake Tech men's basketball- the team boarded a bus at 8:00 am to begin their journey to Danville, IL.

Sunday morning came early for Wake Tech men's basketball- the team boarded a bus at 8:00 am to begin their journey to Danville, IL.

The team traveled more than 700 miles and arrived a little after 11:00 pm Eastern.  Players will spend Monday going through drills and watching game video of their first opponent, Niagara County Community College.

Danville Area Community College (DACC) is the host site for the NJCAA, DII National Tournament.  2019 marks the 26th consecutive year that DACC has welcomed NJCAA DII teams from across the country to compete for the National Championship.

Wake Tech will play Niagara County Community College in the fifth game of the opening round of the NJCAA, DII National Tournament on Tuesday, March 19 at 7:30 pm.
