Cape Fear has played some of the finest teams in the region including Louisburg College, Richard Bland, and Spartanburg Methodist.  The Sea Devils fell to Louisburg 6-1, Richard Bland 1-0, and defeated SMC 3-2 in double overtime.  Wake Tech narrowly fell to Louisburg 3-2 and Richard Bland 3-1, while defeating SMC 2-1.
