Wake Tech was on the road to face conference leading Cape Fear Community College on Wednesday, January 31.  The Eagels went into the game with hopes of knocking off the Sea Devils, but those hopes were dashed when Cape Fear scored 22 points in the third quarter to extend their lead.

The Sea Devils pulled away and won by a final score of 66-49.

Khadijah Daniels was held below 20 points for the first time in three games.  For the month of January, Khadijah Daniels has scored 20 or more points in four out of seven games.
