LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Wake Technical Community College edged NJCAA #13 North Central Missouri College 79-75 on the final day of the Palm Beach Holiday Classic.

Anna Vann scored a team high 23 points to lead Wake Tech and keep the Eagles undefeated (13-0) heading into the winter break.  Vann added six rebounds with six assists and six steals.  Taylor Buchanan netted 21 points for Wake Tech.  Jen'lea Nichols scored 17 and Anna Beraldi scored 11 points.

The Eagles jumped out early in the first quarter but NCMC took a 21-11 lead after the opening frame.  Both teams traded advantages in the second the third quarters, but Wake Tech closed out the fourth quarter with 24-15 advantage to secure the win.

Kennadie Crowe scored a game high 28 points to lead the Pirates.  Nora Ford scored 16 and Angel Wiggins added 11 points.  Jasmine Taylor snagged 15 rebounds.
