Nursing injuries and a reduced line up, Wake Tech traveled to Spartanburg Methodist with only eight players suited up for the match. That didn't stop the Pioneers from pouring it on when they could have called off the offense after four goals in the opening 15 minutes of play.
Wake Tech should be commended for hanging in and giving it all they could. SMC closed out the first half with six goals and added two more in the second to win by a final score of 8-0.
