Women's soccer left it all on the field during the play-in round of the 2017 Region X Tournament on Wednesday, October 25th.
The Eagles and Patriots played a level contest for 104 minutes before Patrick Henry was able to score the game winner to advance to the semifinal round.
It was a match dominated by Wake Tech's stingy defense. The Eagles allowed 47 shots and 24 shots on goal before the Patriots were able to deliver the game winner.
Rebekah Simpson deserves a lot of credit in goal, saving 24 of the 25 total shots taken by Patrick Henry.
