Wake Tech volleyball dropped the season series to Sandhills on Thursday night.  The return match, played in Raleigh, was energetic for both teams, but crisp hitting and solid defense for the Flyers overpowered the Eagles in three sets: 25-16, 25-22, 25-10.

The loss sends the Eagles to 3-2 on the season, while Sandhills remains perfect at 11-0.
