Halfway through September and we're learning a little more about how each team is stacking up against the competition.  A separation game takes place on Thursday when Wake Tech travels to meet Guilford Tech.

Currently the Eagles and Titans boast an overall record of 4-4.  Wake Tech sits at 1-1 in conference, while Guilford Tech is 2-3.

Each team has played Davidson County Community College and Louisburg College- the Titans defeated DCCC 3-2 and fell to Louisburg 3-0, the Eagles defeated DCCC 3-0 and lost to Louisburg 3-1.

It's shaping up to be another close contest for the Eagles.  Box score, stats, and story to follow.
