The Eagles will take their winning streak to Surry Community College on Thursday to battle it out with the Knights.  Surry is currently third in conference standings with a 10-2 record on the year and a 3-1 mark in conference play.  Their only blemish in conference came at the hands of Catawba Valley Community College.

With Wake Tech searching for a quality win that will send a message to the rest of the conference, a win at Surry would be a great start.  The Knights are perfect on their home floor at 3-0, and the Eagles know they're up against one of the best in the region.

Both teams have two common opponents, Davidson County Community College and Guilford Tech.  Surry defeated DCCC 3-0 and Guilford Tech 3-2.  Wake Tech won their matches against DCCC and Guilford Tech by a score of 3-0.
