Wake Tech women's volleyball takes center stage and will open the season at the Southern Wake Campus, Building N, Gym for a 5:00 pm contest against the Vanguards of Vance-Granville Community College.
For the Eagles, they're ready to continue building on the philosophy of coach Stephanie Sports- practice hard, play hard, work as a team, and win games.
Returning for the Eagles this season are a couple of key sophomores: Timia Grant, 2017 All-Region X First Team and Shaelyn Squeri, 2017 All-Region X Second Team. Their leadership will be valuable on and off the court. With seven freshmen rotating into the lineup, getting acclimated to the college game will need to happen fast.
All home games are FREE for Wake Tech students, faculty, and staff. You're invited to cheer on the Eagles as they kick off the 2018 campaign.
