RALEIGH, NC - The Wake Technical Community College women's and men's basketball teams are both ranked in the top-20 in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II national polls this week.
The women's basketball team enters the week at No. 12 in the NJCAA poll following their fourth straigh victory. The Eagles are 21-1 heading into the final week of the regular season. Wake Tech hosts Louisburg College on Wednesday at 6pm and Fayetteville Tech on Friday at 5:30pm in the final regular season game.
The men's basketball team (19-5) moved into the national poll with a No. 18 ranking. The Eagles are the second seed heading into the NJCAA Region 10 tournament with a 16-3 conference record.
Tuesday's poll is the final of the season.
