The Eagles racked up seven hits, but it wasn't enough, as the Eagles were 8-2 losers on Saturday at the hands of Pitt CC at Pitt CC.
It was a good day at the plate for the Eagles' Evan Maley. Maley went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fifth inning.
Josh Little got the win in relief for Pitt CC. Little pitched 1 2/3 innings and allowed no runs.
Loy Stone was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed eight runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
The bottom of the second saw Pitt CC take an early lead, 2-0. Bullock started the rally for Pitt CC with a single. Jackowski doubled, bringing home Taylor and Bullock.
The Eagles tied the game in the fifth on a passed ball that scored Justin Huggins.
Pitt CC stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the sixth, scoring six runs on a three-run double by White, an error, and two singles.
