Wake Technical Community College baseball program is hosting open tryouts on Saturday, September 4, at 8:30am at Heritage High School baseball field located at 1150 Forestville Road in Wake Forest, NC.  Prospective student-athletes should arrive at 8:15am. 

Participating students must provide the following:

• Copy of a current sports physical (CLICK HERE) dated after July 1, 2021
• Bring own water bottle (due to COVID protocols we are not able to provide water) and appropriate baseball equipment
• Signed liability form (CLICK HERE)
• Bring proof of enrollment for the Fall 2021 term (copy of schedule)
• Proof of negative COVID PCR/NAAT test dated on or after September 1

Wake Tech Baseball is a varsity level program.  Student-athletes must be enrolled full time at Wake Tech (12 or more hours) during the Spring 2022 semester.  In addition, student athletes must meet National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) eligibility requirements (CLICK HERE). In addition, the team will practice up to five days a week and play a competitive college baseball schedule.  Team practices are currently scheduled in the eveings Monday-Friday and various times on weekends.  Please make sure classes are not scheduled after 12:30pm.
