The weekend offers a getaway for Wake Tech as the Eagles head to Martinsville, VA for a Saturday contest against Patrick Henry Community College.  Tipoff is scheduled for 2:00pm.

Currently the Eagles are looking up at the Patriots in the conference, but can climb on spot with a win on Saturday.

Starting five and playing with only three reserves on the bench, Wake Tech relies on their three super sophomores to distribute the ball and score points.  It also helps when the Eagles can call upon freshman standout, Timia Grant.  Her Region X leading 11.6 rebounds per game give the Eagles an advantage on the glass.

The match up against Patrick Henry is the first of two consecutive road games for Wake Tech.  The Eagles are on the road to face Fayetteville Tech on Wednesday, February 14th before their next home contest against Catawba Valley, scheduled for Saturday, February 17th at 2:00pm.
