Raleigh, NC – Former Wake Tech women's basketball standout Emily Davis signs with Coker University and will make her debut with the Cobras this season

Davis appeared in 29 games for the Eagles during 2018-19 season and averaged 23.3 points and 4.8 rebounds during her sophomore campaign.  She had a career high 41 points against Fayetteville Tech on Dec. 11, 2018, and 11 rebounds against Patrick Henry on Feb. 11, 2019.

She transferred to Wake Tech from Shaw University.  With the Bears she averaged 5.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 28 games.

Davis prepped at Holy Name High School in Parma, Ohio.

Coker is located in Hartsville, SC and is a member of the South Atlantic Conference. Davis earned her associate degree at Wake Tech in December and is immediately eligible to play for Coker University.
