RALEIGH, NC - The Wake Tech women's basketball team enters the 2022 NJCAA Region 10 DII Tournament as the No. 1 seed.

The tournament starts on Tuesday, March 1, at four sites with the top seed hosting each game. Wake Tech tips off against eight-seeded Patrick & Henry Community College at 6pm at the South Campus Gym.

The winner of Tuesday's game will play either #4 Catawba Valley Community College or #5 Southwest Virginia Community College.  If the Eagles win, they will host on Thursday at 6pm.

The Eagles are 23-1 overall and 17-1 in conference games.  In addition, Wake Tech is ranked No. 12 in the final NJCAA DII national poll released earlier in the week.

All games at Wake Tech are free for spectators.
